Eric Cardinal has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, mezzanine financing, restructuring, capital raising and risk management.

He has advised entrepreneurs in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada and in Asia, in various sectors including technology, manufacturing, SaaS, real estate, retail and professional services.

Eric is a senior leader within the M&A Club and a strategic advisor to Optionality.

He is also a trustee of the HKCBA and a member of its executive committee.

Based in Montreal, he supports entrepreneurs and consultants across Canada.
